A few hours in the by-lanes of Delhi 6

We spent a few hours in the colorful, noisy mayhem of Delhi 6.

Our first stop – sweet potatoes nicely roasted and sprinkled with chat masala.

At the Parathewaala gali, we gorge on Matar Paratha, Paneer Paratha, and .. this is true.. karela parathas. They were good, btw. There were Papad parathas, tomato parathas, etc. but you can only eat so much.

And after all that eating, a Banarasi paan to top it all off.

Hi – would have been great to go together. Chalo, next time. The other day we attended a wedding very close to your house – but we were late so couldn’t drop by.
It was a lot of fun to come over, wish we could have done it at least once more. Back in Hyd now.

Make sure you go there next time you’re in Delhi, totally worth it!

AM amazed that you made it to Chandni Chowk, went just once which was an achivement for the life time. Its too crowed and an adventure in itself just like traffic game. Dimpy is fine and in Delhi.
